An official transcript, which includes SAT/ACT scores and GPA, along with two (2) letters of recommendation (guidance counselor, teacher, community resource person, etc.) must be attached to this application and presented at the Delaware Bass Federation Banquet. The winner(s) or parent/guardian must be present to receive the award.

Adult/Youth Benefit Tournament

When: Saturday, May 18, 2013; Takeoff 7am, Weigh-in 2pm

Where: Seaford DE – Municipal Ramp

All proceeds raised will benefit the Melvin Seichepine scholarship fund through the Delaware Bass Federation
